I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and board-certified telemental health provider. My undergraduate degree is in music from the University of Miami. I earned a Masters degree in Liberal Arts from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where I studied the confluence of Psychology, Philosophy and Religion. I received my Masters in Social Work from Florida State University, with a concentration in clinical social work.
My areas of expertise include working with college students, impaired professionals, patients in treatment programs, people in recovery, veterans, youth in foster care, and individuals wanting to live more conscious and purposeful lives. I am well-versed in the treatment of depression, anxiety, addiction, and other mental health disorders. I also assist clients with issues such as life transitions, confidence and self-esteem, identity development, motivation, burnout, adjustment, relationship problems, grief and loss, and other life challenges.
I consider myself to be a people pusher and change agent, both a guide and fellow traveler on your path of personal growth, to help you gain the awareness, insight, skills and coping strategies to feel a greater sense of hope, aliveness, and inner peace.
“Thank you for renewing my faith in therapy.”
